The result is a small house that strongly relates to geometrical composition and expresses well the relationship between the inside-outside spaces as the relationship The strategy defined in this project consists of placing the stairs along the party wall, freeing up the floor plan, and turning it into a single open and luminous space.

The bioclimatic strategy is based on achieving good cross ventilation on the habitable floors, as well as ensuring good adaptive solar protection with the installation of adjustable louvered blinds. In addition, a highly energy-efficient air conditioning system and solar and photovoltaic panels for the production of hot water and electricity are used.
A staircase bookcase turns the connection between floors into much more than a simple passageway. The design of the house is expressed in both aesthetic and functional elements. The open staircase finished in wood enhances the transparency and warmth of the environment. On the upper floor, the staircase widens to accommodate the house’s bookcase, a unique element of the project.
